As part of our regular system maintenance processes, on Tuesday, November 18th, we are going to start a data clean-up procedure which consist of deleting expired or deleted data from the database. As such, we are going to delete the following type of sites and all the static assets associated with those sites:
- Paid sites created from the BC Partner Portal, Online Business Builder or Sign-up wizard which have been disabled or deleted for more than 12 months
- Redeemed sites (Free Creative Cloud sites) which have been expired (i.e. the associated CCM subscription hasn't been paid) for more than 12 months
- Trial sites expired for more than 24 months, only if the site is NOT marked as a template.
- Inactive free partner sites for partners that do not have any site at all (including paid, redeemed, trial sites) associated to their partner portal. Note: this assumes the trial sites have been previously removed using the rule above.
In case you have expired trial sites you want to keep onto your partner portal, please make sure you mark those sites as templates. To mark a site as template, login to your Partner Portal, open the site detail page, click the Mark as Template link from the Details section and than click Save button on the Mark as Template screen. If you don't mark the sites as template before Tuesday, November 18th, we are going to delete the sites based on above criteria.
